I was in Houston in February and stayed there over the weekend at the start of the Houston Rodeo. They start off this show of steers, horses and other sundry animals with a 10K running race. One of the beast of burden was captured by a roving reporter (image on left). The 100% humidity gave all competing in this stampede an excellent excuse for taking so long to get to the finish line.Great organisation, though.
